HNS2025 will have different options available to in-person and virtual attendees in addition to some options available to both. Before you start the registration process, decide whether you plan to attend in-person or virtually. You also have the option to attend only virtual master classes. To help you decide, here's a brief overview of each option.

• Early Bird registration for in-person registration runs from February 15 to March 15 (includes a $100 discount for in-person registration and a $50 discount for virtual registration)
• There are no discounted rates for Master Class only registration
• Regular registration runs from March 16 to May 31 (Virtual registration closes on June 25)
• All times listed are U.S. Pacific Time Zone

Since preparation time is needed for some special offerings, registration for the following activities closes on May 10:

• Blue Pencil Cafe
• Titles to be sold in the Conference Bookstore
• Agent/Editor Pitch Sessions (Deadline for virtual registration is June 1)
• Volunteering
